Night skiing and sledging on Melchsee-Frutt

From 5th January 2018 to 10th March 2018 you can enjoy again the night atmosphere in the white winter splendor. Night sledging and night skiing takes place Fridays and Saturdays.

Night Winter Fun

From 5th January 2018 to 10th March 2018 the sledging run is open on Friday and Saturday from 6.45 pm to 10 pm. The Cheselen chairlift operates each Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to 9:30 pm (from 5th January 2018 to 10th March 2018).

Evening trips

There is also evening transport available each Thursday, Friday and Saturday on the Stöckalp-Melchsee-Frutt cable railway from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. In addition, there will be a night ride at 10:15 pm.

Attention!

From 5 pm to 6:45 pm (from 01.02.2018: from 5:30 pm ) and from 10 pm the sledging run is closed. There are groomers on the run with winches in use and it can be fatal!

Sledge hire sports lifts

Sledge hire per evening CHF 10.00 (unclaimed, reserved sledges will be invoiced at 50%)
Deposit fee: Identity card or driver’s licence

Depending on snow conditions, there can be pulling distances on the 8 km sledgingslope (especially in fresh, soft or wet snow possible).

Please note while sledging on Melchsee-Frutt our guidelines.

For your safety, we recommend wearing a helmet.
And for good reasons, we recommend wearing a headlamp.

Headlamps can be purchased for CHF 15.00 at the box office at the valley station.

Important: For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on the sledging run.
