During the summer season the parking at the valley station Stöckalp is for free!
Mountain Road Stöckalp – Melchsee-Frutt
The Mountain Road Stöckalp – Melchsee-Frutt is passable uphill during the even hours (e.g. 08.00 – 08.40 h) and downhill during the odd hours (e.g. 11.00 – 11.40 h).
The parking at Melchsee-Frutt is subject to charge. The parking barrier for collecting the ticket is near the Gasthof Waldhaus Stöckalp.
Light vehicles with or without a trailer up to 9 seats (driving seat included); not allowed are caravans.
Season parking permits are available at the Tourist Information in Kerns. (Please take your vehicle pass with you).
